WOD 24/3/18 _18.5

Thought since its a double repeat workout I would throwback to Josh Bridges setting the best score on this back when it first appeared in 2011

Yes indeed, its the last week and a chance to put a nice little cap on 5 epic weeks of workouts, out of the 3 options this is definitely the most tasteful. Lay it out on the line one last time and then next week you can start looking at what to improve on for next year (but for now live in the moment – even though that moment happens to be filled with thrusters and pullups…)
