WOD 3/3/18 _18.2


Its 18.2 time, as per last week the workout will feature in the 7am and 9am classes with the gym also being available between 8am-9am for people to knock it out. Remember the workouts are scored separately so there is no strategy about taking it easy on 18.2 and saving yourself for Part 2 – rinse the Front Squat/ Burpee out as fast as possible and leave the heavy clean for your future self to worry about…
