Intro Offer – 4 PT Sessions + 1 Month UNLIMITED CLASSES
One of the best ways to get started with CrossFit is with a few 1:1 sessions with one of our highly experienced trainers.
Our intro offer for new clients includes 4 x 1:1 1hr sessions with an experienced trainer and also a month of Unlimited Classes (you can choose to begin your month of classes at any point after your initial personal training session)
During these 1 hour sessions your trainer will take you through all the basic movements you could expect to find in a typical CrossFit classs – from bodyweight movements, basic barbell lifts – Squat, Deadlift, to an intro to Olympic Lifting as well as gymnastics movements.
These sessions are completely tailored to you and your current ability and can be scheduled at times to suit you with session times available 7 days a week. After the 4 sessions you would be ready to hop into our regular classes or you are more than welcome to continue working with your trainer 1:1.
