CrossFit training can be extremely challenging, combine that with the general stress of modern day living and it can leave you feeling a bit ground out at times – to help offer a bit of balance we offer dedicated mobility sessions at the gym

Mid week we offer 30min Classes at 9am prior to our 9:30am WOD class – these are suitable for beginners / intermediate / anyone that wants to get more mobile and are designed that you can  attend the WOD straight after.  These 30min quick fix classes are a good way to get moving in the morning and get a taste for the benefits of moving better.
