Experienced CrossFit Trainers

All of our trainers are CrossFit certified and have years of experience coaching others in CrossFit as well as actively training CrossFit themselves.  Their passion for CrossFit and improved health and fitness will mean you get the most out of your personal training experience

Injury Rehabilation

Our Head Coach Alf Connolly is one of the best in terms of getting people back to where they need to be after injury or surgery. He prides himself in being the stage after the physio that stops you from going back to the physio again. His experienced and science-based training to get the movement back with a 3 dimensional approach that’s focuses on movement/activation, range of motion and position and appropriate loading.

Youth Development Training

Whether it’s through our our kids and teens programs or through one-on-one training. Both our Owners Alf and Deanna both currently work in schools helping athlete and kids reach their full potential. Between the two of them they are involved in Sacred Heart, Pulteney Grammar, Trinity College, Rostrevor College, Woodville High school, St Paul’s College, Mercedes College and St Peter’s College. Both Alf and Dee are both invested in creating an growth mindset environment for kids to excel in confidence to help their performance in their sports as well as in the classroom.

Overhead squats seem like some distant dream?  Focused attention during personal training sessions can be a fantastic way to develop a specific skill set and improve your overall competency. Let us know specifically what you want to work on and we can match a trainer to your needs.

Not exactly sure what is possible?  Know where you’d like to be but have no idea how to get there?  We can help you outline your goals and create a realistic plan for achieving them.

Group Confidence

Not quite ready the group class experience?  PT sessions can build your skills, fitness and confidence making the transition into the group class that little bit smoother

Find it that little bit too easy to head home to the couch rather than the gym after work?  Worn out the Snooze button thru overuse?  Personal training sessions keep you accountable and on track, booking a session with a trainer ensures you turn up and train regularly and work hard when you are at the gym.

Flexible Times

Personal training is available, 7 days a week from 6am – 8:30pm, contact us and schedule a session

Cost

Single Session – $90

5 Session Pack – $350 ($70 p. session)

10 Session Pack – $650 ($65. p.session)

Payment for sessions can be done in advance via the above links or we can accept either cash or card payments at the gym at the time of the first session.  Note that we do require 24 hrs for rescheduling unless there are exceptional circumstances otherwise the full session rate will be charged.

We do also offer 90min sessions and private small group sessions (2 – 10 people) please contact us for rates, availability and more information
