She’s currently completing her studies in nutrition and finishing up her practical hours to become a qualified remedial massage therapist. Her coaching philosophy is built around moving well for long-term health, not just short-term goals. She values quality over quantity, form over ego, and believes that fitness should enhance your life—not break it down.
