CrossFit – This is our general CrossFit class, suitable for all levels.  If you are interested in coming along for a trial class please contact us so we can find out more about your current fitness level and help select the most appropriate session times to attend.

Open Gym – Uncoached session times where members can come in and use the facilities for their own training.

Olympic Lifting – This is a technical class focusing purely on Olympic lifting and strength training, we offer a Beginner / Intermediate session time and a Intermediate / Advanced session time.  Please check the timetable to make sure which class you are attending – note these classes have a smaller attendance cap than regular class due to the technical nature of the movements. Gymnastics – This class is about all things gymnastics – it is suitable for all levels and is perfect for those looking for specific coaching in movements like handstands and muscle ups.

Yoga – These are beginner / intermediate level classes – our 30min mid week class is a more active vinyasa practice and our 60min weekend class is a combination of active vinyasa and restorative yin style yoga

CrossFit Function classes are a dialed back version of our regular class – perfect for those that are maybe a little older or have a few more exercise limitations  *note* this class runs in 5 week blocks – please contact us prior to attending to check start date

Advanced classes are for people with extensive CrossFit experience only, please discuss suitability with trainers prior to attending *note* this program will not be resuming immediately after reopening for classes in June, stay tuned for updates as to when it will return to the schedule
