About CrossFit Adelaide

Formed in 2007, CrossFit Adelaide was South Australia’s first CrossFit affiliate to offer group CrossFit classes. For 10 years CrossFit Adelaide has been introducing people to CrossFit from those that have never exercised in their life to experienced athletes with years of prior training.

CrossFit Adelaide prides itself on having one of the best coaching staff in the fitness business, all them with many year experience and dedicated to helping everyone that comes through the doors be the best that they can be.
