Fun day at the office today, 4 separate tests to work through, dont worry if some of the movements arent exactly kicking round in your wheelhouse we will have options to make sure you are doing a solid amount of work and have a progression to work on until we retest this in a few weeks

B. Max UB Wall Balls (2 attempts) 

C. CTB Pullups - 5min max reps // 100 for time

D. 800m run for time // 1000m row for time
