WOD 31/10/15 _BBQ

Dont forget that today we have a post workout BBQ after the 9am session - so grillin like villin' from around 10-10:30am through till whenever people leave, we've got a bunch of meat and a pile of beers in the fridge, gym crew new and old are all welcome to come along!
