WOD 10/6/15 _single



For those of you that arent already aware, Trainer Ryan has made it through the ridiculously difficult selection process for the MFS (Metropolitan Fire Service) so wont be with us as regularly in a trainer capacity anymore.  To congratulate him on what is a massive effort (out of many 1000 applicants I think they took 12) and to wish him well on this new chapter we are going to be having a Baohmbbq Saturday morning at 11am, we'll have some bacon and other meats, if you could bring along any other BBQ essentials (more meat, salad if thats your sorta thing).  Even if you havent been at the gym for a while but want to wish Ryan well - get yourself down and enjoy a sly bacon n egg roll.
