WOD 2/6/15 _newM0M



Its a new month (and the start of winter, disappointingly) and time for a new MoM - this time we are getting a bit more technical and we're going to be focusing on Snatch, we'll be getting small regular doses of what is a very technical lift but one that can be immensely satisfying, if nothing else hopefully by the end of the month everyone should have a new found appreciation for the noble art of gymnastics with a barbell
