We're going to be getting a bit of Regionals flavour today and taking on a slightly tweaked out version of event 3 and making it a partner version - a slightly more palatable way of taking on Regionals Event 3 (if you want to check out the big dogs taking it on it will be streaming via games.crossfit.com)
