More work this week on getting the pull part of the strict muscle up, had some strict muscle up sucess earlier this week and hopefully some more next week.  Dont forget that you can / should be adjusting your training goals for the EGSGTG Challenge as we progress so if you want to make serious M0M inroads look at including some extra practice in your training goals.
