Some really nice strict bar muscle ups

Fresh cuts on the Movement of the Month front, for May we are going to be working on the strict muscle up - either bar or rings.  If you dont think you're even close on the muscle up front - dont stress we've got you covered and everyone is going to make some serious inroads during May.

Dont forget that you be adding to and adjusting your Challenge goals as you go along so part of that might be including some extra work towards the movement of the month, ie if you know your weak in the dip, adding 2 x week extra practice in.
