WOD 25/4/15 _ANZAC Day



As it is ANZAC Day today we will be doing the first Australian Hero workout "WOOD" named after Australian Army Sergeant Brett Wood, the workout first appeared in Dec 2011 and has become a bit of an annual Anzac tradition at a number of CrossFit gyms around Australia

10 Thrusters (42/30)
