WOD 13/4/15 _power



We're still powering away with the balance work for all of April, starting to see some good progress with the frog / crow / pseudo planche work, even though we are doing it a few times a week in the classes dont be afraid if you have a spare 5-10min at home or the gym to keep tinkering away with it - practice makes perfect!
