focus is on touch n go reps with both the PC and the HSPU, break the sets up and scale the weight . movement as necessary but make sure that you are breathing and the reps are flowing - no random singles etc, set a plan - stick to the plan.  Its more about keeping the movements controlled and flowing than the time for this
