This Saturday is Stephs last weekend with us before jetting back to the US o A, so there will be no Strength at 10amj, Advanced will be at 10am and then we will have a BBQ n a few beverages from 11am, meat n BBQ will be provided - feel free to bring some salad/dessert actionyou
